This job deletes the user-related data record specified by name and type.

The job deletes the row in osconf physically. Name = "" also matches entries whose name is NULL. The type 2 copy created by distributing a profile (see profile distribution) is not reached by the job (verified).

(INT): 0 = Job successful, otherwise error code
