std.DeleteRemark
This job deletes a note attached to a document.
The job requires the note texts to be stored in the file system (see
storage of notes). Under database storage it fails
with -1043201745 and leaves the note fully intact. Measured against enaio® server 12.0.

Even under file-system storage the job deletes only the note file. The row in
remarks stays in place, the note keeps being delivered, now with an
empty <Text>, and can no longer be repaired through <RemarkText action="UPDATE_TEXT"> — that
call fails with -1028 because the file is gone. Only dms.XMLUpdate
with <RemarkText action="DELETE"> removes a note completely; that path clears the file, the
remarks row and the osremarktext row under either storage mode.
