std.StoreRemark

This job stores a note in a directory within the NOTE directory identified by the object type.

The job requires the note texts to be stored in the file system (see storage of notes). The file handed over is stored verbatim, that is without the UTF-8 BOM and the trailing NUL byte that a note file written by the server carries. The job does not touch the header data in remarks: stamp2 and user2 stay at their creation values. Measured against enaio® server 12.0.
Under database storage the job still runs and silently migrates the note back into the file system. It returns 0, creates a note file and sets remarks.medium to the medium ID; the row in osremarktext is left orphaned with the old text. Under database storage the write path is therefore dms.XMLUpdate with <RemarkText>.
